Our Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you need a refresher on a particular topic or course, you have the opportunity to audit the same course again as our guest at no charge for up to six months. Please note that audits are only available for courses that have not undergone a revision in the course material. Recording/Archives of our remote classes are available 24X7 for six months following the end of your class.

Cancellations and Refunds

Please notify New Horizons five or more business days prior to your scheduled class if you need to cancel your enrollment or seat reservation. Cancellations may be made by sending an e-mail to bob.outlaw@newhorizons.com. There is no penalty if you cancel five or more business days prior to class. If you cancel your class in less than five business days, you are responsible for full payment and you can reschedule your class anytime within six months.

Refunds will be provided for classes cancelled within the above cancellation policy. Refund requests must be made in writing and will be processed within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will not be given when a student attends any portion of a class or drops in the middle of a class. A student will be allowed to attend the same class on a first come first serve basis for a period of six months from the date of the original class date covered in the above guarantee.
